1. Who is responsible for this site

2. Personal data PetCalc may process
- Newsletter sign-up data: the email address you submit, plus page-path and campaign metadata sent with that request.
- Contact correspondence: your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

3. How PetCalc uses that data

6. Who PetCalc shares data with
PetCalc may use hosting, email delivery and technical service providers to operate the site and newsletter flow. Those suppliers only receive the data needed to provide their service. - Security and server logs: retained for as long as reasonably necessary for stability, fraud prevention and incident investigation.
